  • Customers have to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item, using email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Customers have to specify the reason for exchange in their request.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • The item must be unused, without any odors, stains, or signs of wear.
  • If any scent, stain, or signs of wear are found, MetroFit reserves the right to return the item to the customer.
  • Refunds are not available; exchanges only.
  • Items for exchange must be sent back within 4 days of approval, or the exchange request will be void.
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping charges on the replacement item.
